About Me

Having a lifelong passion for running I have been a member of athletic and running clubs since I was young competing in club and county events. I trained and worked in health and fitness clubs for over 10 years until after the birth of my second child when I went on to work in educational settings coaching and mentoring children. During my adult years, I have completed marathons, half marathons, triathlons, cycling and outdoor swimming events.

Now that my children are now young adults I have enjoyed returning to the fitness industry in my role as a personal trainer supporting my clients to achieve their own fitness goals and lead the healthy lifestyles they desire.

I have several qualifications and continue to take on new courses to further expand my knowledge. My qualifiactions include:

  • Diploma Practitioner in Personal Training Levels 2 & 3

  • England Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness

  • Movement Trainer

  • Field Based Biomechanics Coach

  • HCI Certified Health Coach

  • HCI Certified Life Coach
