I am a PT specialising in cardio fitness and strength circuits as well as functional training, core strength and posture correction.

Whatever your fitness level and exercise experience, I will work with you to design a bespoke exercise program that works for you and your lifestyle. Whether your goal is to improve your cardio fitness, tone up, lose weight or build muscle strength I will work with you to ensure you hit your goals and gain the changes you desire.

1-to-1 coaching is ideal for you if you are looking for a more personal approach to your training. Working with me in my private gym I will assess your current situation and together we will discover safe and effective ways to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

2-to-1

2-to-1 coaching is ideal if you like the idea of training alongside a partner/friend whilst making savings on one-to-one personal training costs. You will exercise together to achieve your health and fitness goals under my guidance and instruction benefitting from everything you get in the one-to-one coaching sessions.

Small group classes are ideal for anyone who enjoys exercising together with others in fun and sociable environment. The classes focus on cardio fitness and strength training and are designed to suit anyone no matter your level of fitness helping you to get fitter in a supportive and motivational environment.

Fran is a personable and knowledgeable Personal Trainer who has been working with me for a few months now to improve leg strength (post knee replacement) and general fitness. Fran has been my Personal Trainer since September 2024 and I feel that I have benefitted greatly from her expertise. As an older woman, my aim was to focus on strength exercises. Through regular sessions with Fran my strength, balance and muscle tone has improved enormously from her training plan. I feel very fortunate to have her as my Personal Trainer as she is very mindful of my limitations and is very creative in adapting some of the exercises to ensure that I can train to the best of my ability – Fran is a great Motivator! Our sessions are always enjoyable and I would thoroughly recommend her.
