Whatever your fitness level and exercise experience, I will work with you to design a bespoke exercise program that works for you and your lifestyle. 2-to-1
2-to-1 coaching is ideal if you like the idea of training alongside a partner/friend whilst making savings on one-to-one personal training costs. You will exercise together to achieve your health and fitness goals under my guidance and instruction benefitting from everything you get in the one-to-one coaching sessions.
Small group classes are ideal for anyone who enjoys exercising together with others in fun and sociable environment. The classes focus on cardio fitness and strength training and are designed to suit anyone no matter your level of fitness helping you to get fitter in a supportive and motivational environment.

Fran is a personable and knowledgeable Personal Trainer who has been working with me for a few months now to improve leg strength (post knee replacement) and general fitness.
